The Net Branch gets to enjoy all the benefits and privileges of being a Mortgage Broker. We make it easy to expand your business by giving you turnkey access to licensing in the states in which you want to broker loans in at 100% commission pay out minus a small fee of $795 per file fee and a $625 mandatory processing fee. If you do not want to go through our processing service because you have a commercial space with your own processors, it is available at $995 per file fee + $30 E&O insurance instead, this program gives us the ability to prevent fraudulent files. And no, there is absolutely no other mandatory fees or any hidden fees

Our processors can check rates, lock your loans, order appraisal, title, escrow, re-submit loans to another lender, notify the branches in a timely manner for any important changes and updates, and even restructuring the loan with your permission to get a loan funded.

Our processors gets a bonus on every funded file, so YES, they do work hard to fund your loans in allowing our branches to focus in originating loans and cut off their current processors' expenses including the processor's W2 Taxes. Our funding ratios on a fully submitted file to our processing department is 90%. We take prides in having our experienced processors to fund every file in a timely manner.
